Sweet Distractions and Mood Swings...

I got beautiful flowers at the ending of this year... I however had to re-floral arrange...
I think I should open a flower shop.
I think I have a good eye for it.
- A girl will always appreciate flowers and pretty things.
However, limit your expectations to a distracting smile ;)

Merry Christmas and Such!
Christmas break at home was nice.
I must admit, that while I desperately needed the break, I was also worried about what I'd do with all that time. But with my large family, all the eating, drinking, badminton, fuzbol, bad table tennis playing and really bad twister playing, I also found the time to do a bit of drawing and painting and catch up on sleep.
It was very much a full family Christmas.
Just the way I like it!
Couva, Trinidad. Christmas Eve.

With days spent in Couva, Tacarigua and at home in Santa Cruz. Now, I'm just going to enjoy the quiet time while I attempt to sort out my life and my New Year's plans for 2011 with a Stag or two.

Christmas morning at home.

I'm very excited about my New Year plans!
Hope everyone is enjoying the Season. Many wonderful blessings!

Framed picture of (most of) the grandkids in my family.
Younger cousins In Tacarigua did one of these for all the parents in our family.
Boxing Day was spent by them.

Missing Sundays-OldNew Furniture,Closet Space&Stuff
ld-New Furniture...
I got new shelves over the weekend!
Technically they are second hand shelves.
The white one is from my mom and the long black one with all the books and the flowers now on it, I bought along with two smaller shelves from the architect studio next to us who just downsized their office.
I got all three pieces for $500TT!!
I love when companies renovate and I can't wait for ours to…I need an office chair...

ecessity is the Mother of Invention..I got this project to do for a local online mag that asked me to do a fashion diary.
I'm still skeptical about it but I'm making an attempt! Because of this task and because of my tiny closet space I decided to take what I know best and utilise it!
Cue tiny functional digital camera and Adobe Bridge and Voila!
- An easy to view folder of snap shots of possible outfit options and my happy Go-To selection!
Personally I think my style is ubber casual most of the time and far from trendy-generally and if anything, resembles random moments in the Sartorialist Blog (for way cheaper I am sure!)

Ok, well it's already Tuesday and in less than two weeks I'll be done with the crazy end of year madness at work and be on a little Christmas break and I can paint and get on with some fun stuff I'm working on for 2011
Latrz til!
