I wrote this quote a couple days ago and put it on my tumblr.I think I have 'island issues' the way people have 'black people issues' (it's ok you can laugh :)
Between working at a recently merged agency where the happy little branding studio I worked at for the past 3 years married a big international advertising agency and became a Brand Engineering Agency (yes fancy sounding).... Turning 29 going on 30 next year....Finding myself trying to rebrand my-own-self.... Being even more highly annoyed lately when people tell me I 'don't sound like a Trini' (whatever the hell that means. as if I ever lived on another island, big or small) and finding myself in familiar old advertising territory with all it's ups and downs... I additionally Decided To Go Back To School and pick up and entirely new Degree - A BA in Mass Communications!
Don't ask me why I'm still sorting that part out.
But part of why I am stating this is to let you know that one of my courses requires me to start a blog and get some comments going on it and I couldn't use my existing blog.
I know I haven't posted in a while, but believe me I'm Not Dead.
I'm busy at work, at school and at tumblr while ranting on twitter!
